1. Introduction

Welcome to Explorise.

By accessing or using our website or mobile app, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.

2. Definitions

  • Platform: The Explorise website and mobile app where experiences and events are listed.
  • Provider: Individuals or entities who offer experiences or events through Explorise.
  • User: Any person who registers on the platform to discover or book experiences.
  • Experience/Event: Activities offered through the platform, such as art, diving, cooking, camping, or guided tours.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use the platform.

If you attend with a minor, you are solely responsible for supervising them.

If you book on behalf of others, you confirm that they have read and agreed to these terms.

4. Relationship Nature

Explorise acts only as a digital intermediary between users and providers.

Explorise does not represent, manage, or authorize the use of its brand outside the platform or approved agreements.

5. Bookings

When booking through Explorise, you agree to:

  • Not change or transfer your booking without approval from the provider or platform.
  • Ensure all participants meet the age, fitness, and other listed requirements.
  • Inform providers of any health conditions that may affect participation.
  • Pay the total amount shown at checkout (including applicable taxes or fees).
  • A deposit may be required in some cases.
  • Your booking confirmation represents a direct agreement between you and the provider.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations 72 hours or more before the experience are fully refundable (processed within 14–20 business days).
  • If the provider cancels, you may reschedule or request a refund.
  • Late arrivals or no-shows are non-refundable.
  • Explorise may, at its discretion, issue credits instead of refunds.

7. Assumption of Risk

Some experiences may involve risks such as injury, illness, or property damage.

By participating, you acknowledge and accept all risks — known or unknown — and agree not to hold Explorise or the provider liable.

8. User Responsibilities & Declarations

You agree that:

  • You have reviewed the risks and chosen to participate voluntarily.
  • You are physically and mentally fit for the activity.
  • You will follow all safety instructions and requirements.
  • You will not duplicate or organize similar experiences outside the platform.
  • Payments must be made through Explorise only, and you waive the right to bring claims against providers or the platform to the extent permitted by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform — including the Explorise name, logo, design, text, and imagery — is owned by or licensed to Explorise and protected by applicable law.

You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse any platform assets without prior written permission.

10. Severability

If any term is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in full effect.

Explorise may amend these terms at any time; continued use implies acceptance.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute must first be resolved amicably within 60 business days.

If unresolved, it will be referred to arbitration under the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration.
